Are You Ready to Cry Out?

We live in a time of real chaos, but God brings order into chaos through ordinary, surrendered people. In Exodus 2, when Israel finally cried out after 400 years of bondage, God heard them, remembered His covenant, and sent a deliverer. He is not ignoring what is happening in our nation today. He is listening and looking for people who are desperate enough to cry out rather than simply complain. Six key pursuits can position us to see God move: prayer, desperation, humility, consecration, studying the Word, and sharing our faith. The question is not whether God is willing to move.
